The Tees Commerce Park is situated on the river Tees 4 miles from the mouth of the river and is a facility ideally suited for the offshore industry. The 48 hectare facility houses a number of companies offering a choice of warehousing, industrial units and office space is available together with dry docks. There is over 700 metres of quay capable of handling, demobilisations, laybys and fabrication work.
